Zoë Boomer is Northern Ireland born, London based fashion designer recognised for her love of feminine style and simplicity, which can effortlessly transform from daytime chic to evening glamour. Luxury fabric and fluid movement are the essence to Zoë’s label, whose garments are boldly coloured, embellished and soft in texture.
Using the best silks and chiffon classics Zoë successfully tailors materials to create timeless pieces - reflecting romance, beauty and elegance. Following her graduation from the London College of Fashion, the Zoë Boomer label was launched in 2006 and has already gained a loyal celebrity following, including Natasha Bedingfield, Zoe Salmon, Leigh Arnold and Laura Michelle Kelly. A number of her dresses were also short-listed by Madonna to appear in her movie Filth and Wisdom. Touted as “the next Stella McCartney” by the Irish Examiner, Zoë Boomer is a refreshing and talented designer always looking for innovative ways to approach the fashion industry.
For her latest collections she staged four guerrilla-style fashion shows during London’s prestigious fashion week with the grand-finales taking place at the famous Tate Modern in the Turbine Hall and the hugely anticipated Sex and The City 2 Premier. Zoë Boomer stands against Human Trafficking and so all garments are made in the UK.
The label supports the cause of The A21 Campaign, an organisation engaged in the abolishment of human injustice in the 21st century. Selected lines are for sale to raise funds for victims of human trafficking. In 2011 Zoë was invited to headline Fashioned for FREEDOM, an event promoting change within the fashion industry regarding slavery. Here she showcased her A/W’11 collection and FREEDOM vests, which Grazia UK deemed a “huge hit”. The label represents the beauty and strength of fashion uniting soft fabrics and a powerful message, evoking worth to the wearer!
With clients in the UK, Ireland, LA and Australia, demand for Zoë Boomer is steadily increasing!
